This project provides large low-resolution LED matrix displays. Each 8x8 LED matrix is designed to give a pleasing 'pixel' effect and they can be joined together to make a large lighting display of any size. Each module is 264x264mm in size. They are constructed from 3D printed frames, diffusers, control boxes and connectors and 8-length sections of WS2812B individually programmable LED strips. They can be driven by an Arduino, Raspberry Pi or anything else that can drive WS28128B strips such as FadeCandy boards.
